PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. High wear resistance: Wear tests show that the wear resistance of wear-resistant composite plates is more than 20 times higher than that of low carbon steel, and more than 5 times higher than that of stainless steel and high manganese steel.
2. High impact resistance: Due to the use of mild steel substrates, the wear-resistant composite board has high impact resistance, which fully embodies the advantages of both wear resistance and impact resistance of composite materials.
3. Convenient processing performance: wear-resistant surfacing composite steel plate can be deformed and welded, and can be easily processed into various wear-resistant parts like ordinary steel plates.
4. High performance and price ratio: Although the surface cost of the wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is increased, but considering the service life of the machine parts, maintenance costs, downtime losses, etc., its performance and price ratio is about 2 to 4 times higher than that of ordinary materials. Due to the reasonable use of materials, the price of wear-resistant surfacing composite panels is 50% lower than that of manual surfacing welding of the same material.
