PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The steel plates are flat and rectangular and can be rolled directly or cut from wide strips.
Steel plates are classified according to thickness, thin steel plates are less than 4mm (the thinnest is 0.2mm), medium-thick steel plates are 4-60mm, and extra-thick steel plates are 60-115mm.
Steel plates are divided into hot-rolled plates and cold-rolled plates according to rolling.
1. Hot rolled steel plate
Hot rolling processing methods include hot rolling, forging, extrusion and other methods.
2. Cold rolled steel plate
Cold rolling processing methods include cold rolling, cold drawing, cold bending, cold extrusion and other methods.
The cold rolling method is to continue processing hot-rolled steel below the recrystallization temperature to make cold-rolled steel. The cold rolling processing method can improve the mechanical properties of the steel, and obtain products with high dimensional accuracy and a certain degree of smoothness.
