1、 The rotary overflow valve (safety overflow valve) is usually equipped with two protruding check valves on the valve cover of the rotary motor. When the rotation is normal, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (system pressure exceeds the set pressure), the overflow is opened for overload protection, so that the rotary pressure does not increase and plays a role in protecting the rotary motor. In the event of a fault, the valve is fast while slow, or the speed is too slow.
2、 The delay valve, also known as the brake valve or parking brake valve, as the name suggests, controls the braking. If the machine needs to stop while driving, the weight of the machine itself may cause unintentional sliding. Connecting the delay valve (brake valve) can prevent the machine from unintentional sliding. Usually, the extra blocks in the rotary motor are called it. When a fault occurs, it does not rotate left or right, and it may not rotate, either very slowly, or slowly and quickly. At this time, the delay valve can be removed for cleaning, which can generally solve the problem. Dirty hydraulic oil can also cause this malfunction.
3、 The makeup valve (makeup valve) protects the swing motor by providing return oil to the swing motor to prevent cavitation in the swing motor. The fault phenomenon is slow acceleration and speed.
4、 Plunger, valve plate, and brake pad are the main components inside the rotary motor and the main power source of the rotary motor. The fault phenomenon is:
1. The wear of the gap between the plunger and the cylinder block plug hole increases, resulting in serious gap leakage. The plunger needs to be replaced.
2. The return spring is fatigued and the elasticity decreases, resulting in high and low pressure oil circuits in the cylinder block being interconnected. The spring needs to be replaced.
3. The wear of the sliding shoe and plunger accelerates the dry friction between the sliding shoe and the pressure plate, leading to an increase in rotational resistance. Repair or replacement is required.
4. The bearing of the rotary motor is damaged and cannot be positioned. The specified type of bearing needs to be replaced.
5. The oil distribution surface of the valve plate and cylinder block is worn, resulting in internal leakage and weak rotation. Repair or replacement is required.
6. The aging and failure of the parking brake pads result in the brake not being fully released and the rotational resistance increasing. The sealing element needs to be replaced.
