1. Install the SPGW seal on the piston in the correct order. The order of seals is usually from inside to outside: O-ring seal, support ring, guide ring, and U-shaped seal ring.
2. Gently insert the piston into the hydraulic cylinder by hand, ensuring that the seal is not damaged or stuck.
3. Use hydraulic pressure to fully insert the piston into the hydraulic cylinder until the seal is fully installed.
4. Check whether the piston moves smoothly. If there are any problems, they should be checked and repaired in a timely manner.
Before using the excavator, a comprehensive inspection and testing of the hydraulic system should be carried out to ensure the installation quality of the piston and the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
