Five combinations of KADS cylinder piston seals for excavators

Design description of KADS SADS excavator cylinder piston seal:

The SADS combination seal is a double acting seal and guide element, consisting of an elastic sealing ring, two retaining rings, and two guide rings. The sealing ring has good sealing effect both statically and dynamically, and the retaining ring can prevent rubber from being squeezed into the sealing gap. The function of the guide ring is to guide the piston inside the cylinder and absorb radial stress.

This design is suitable for medium-sized applications and can be used for open or closed installation slots.

The standard piston seal assembly consists of a rubber element, two retaining rings, and two guide rings.
