Specific symptoms of damaged oil seal at the center joint of the excavator
1. Hydraulic oil leakage. The damage to the oil seal at the center joint can lead to hydraulic oil leakage, resulting in a decrease in the hydraulic oil volume of the excavator, thereby reducing the working efficiency of the excavator.
2. Abnormal noise. Abnormal noise often occurs during excavator operation, as well as when the oil seal at the center joint is damaged.
3. Shake. When operating the excavator, you will experience the shaking of the entire machine. If the oil seal of the center joint is damaged, the shaking may be caused by this reason.

It is mainly used in the hydraulic system of excavators to seal hydraulic oil.
The material of the excavator oil distribution cup seal should have good oil resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance, generally using materials such as nitrile rubber, fluororubber, and silicone rubber.
When installing the seal of the excavator oil distribution cup, the sealing surface should be kept flat to ensure sufficient contact area between the seal and the sealing surface, thus achieving good sealing effect.
