KATO Center Joint Seal Kit

The central rotary joint is located at the center of the turntable and turntable, mainly used to connect the oil and air circuits between the turntable, the frame, and the driving mechanism, ensuring that when the turntable is turned at any angle, the steering cylinder, leg cylinder, suspension device, and front axle can be connected to the cylinder at any time, achieving various actions of the machine. There are a total of 12 O-ring seals in the rotary joint. If these O-rings are indeed damaged, it will cause oil and gas to communicate with each other, causing the excavator to work abnormally. Therefore, they must be replaced in a timely manner. However, if the disassembly and installation methods are not appropriate, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it is also prone to faults such as broken oil pipes, damaged pipe joints, and damaged O-rings.
