Introdution

Finned tube heat exchanger, is a radiator made of purple copper tube with aluminum sheet, which is formed after hydraulic tube rising. The product has light weight, close contact between fins and purple copper tube, good heat transfer performance and air flow performance, and is suitable for water-cooled and cooling system, so it is widely used in heating, cooling air conditioning, washing and drying equipment, and dehumidification project.

Application

As a surface cooler, the refrigerant is used to absorb heat in the surface cooler, so that the temperature of the cooled space is gradually reduced. The fan coil surface cooler of the air handling unit cools the air flowing through the heat exchange fins outside the tube by the refrigerated water (refrigerant water) inside, and the fan sends the cooled air to the place of use for cooling, and the refrigerant water brings the absorbed heat from the return pipe of the surface cooler back to the refrigeration unit, and then sends it back to the surface cooler to absorb heat and cool the air flowing through it after releasing the heat and cooling, in a continuous cycle.

As an evaporator(in water chiller system), the hydrophilic aluminum foil is used to reduce the adhesion of water on the aluminum foil and greatly improve the heat transfer efficiency. Copper tube over aluminum fin design, uniform air speed.

Reasonable copper tube arrangement, "V" type installation, improve the heat exchange efficiency and reduce fan noise. The copper tube and aluminum fins are mechanically connected strictly, with high performance and stable heat exchange.
