Direct acting relief valve
Pressure regulation range: When adjusted within the specified range, the output pressure of the valve can rise and fall smoothly, without sudden jump or hysteresis.
Pressure flow characteristics:
The performance that the inlet pressure of the relief valve fluctuates with the change of flow rate; Also known as the open-close characteristic.
(p; -Pk), (p; -Pp) is called the pressure regulation deviation, and the pressure regulation deviation is small
nk=P/p. It's called the opening pressure ratio,
np=P/p. It's called the closing pressure ratio, nk, n, good.
Pressure loss and unloading pressure: when the pre-compression amount of the pressure regulator spring is equal to zero or the upper chamber of the main valve is directly connected to the tank through the remote control port, the flow rate through the valve is rated, and the inlet pressure of the relief valve. The pressure loss is slightly higher than the unloading pressure.
