Product characteristics  :
1.  High linearity and good repeatability.  The balance flow sensor has the characteristics of symmetrical porous structure, can balance the flow field, reduce the eddy current, vibration and signal noise, the stability of the flow field is greatly improved, the linearity is increased by 5 to 10 times than the orifice plate, the repeatability is increased by 54%, to 0.15%, from its comprehensive performance, the balance flowmeter belongs to the ranks of high-grade flow meters.  
      At 5:1 range ratio, the linearity can reach ± 0.3%;  
      At 7:1 range ratio, linearity can reach ± 0.5%;  
      At 10:1 range ratio, the linearity can reach ± 1.0%;  
2.  The straight pipe section has low requirements.  Because the flow field is stable, and the pressure recovery is twice as fast as the orifice plate, the balanced flow sensor greatly reduces the requirements for the straight pipe section. The front and back straight pipe sections are generally the front 3D after 1D, and the minimum can be less than 0.5D, thus saving a large number of straight pipe sections, especially the pipes with special expensive materials.
