KDAS type sealing ring

KDAS type Sealing Ring is a five-piece combination compression piston sealing ring composed of a special-shaped sealing ring, two retaining rings and two guide support rings. It has excellent sealing performance and is suitable for bearing pressure on both sides of the seal. The active piston is not squeezed into the radial sealing gap during the sealing process and prevents the sealing element from twisting.
Ring Sealing KDAS Material:
Sealing element: nitrile rubber NBR
Retaining ring: nylon PA or reinforced polyoxymethylene POM
Guide ring: nylon PA or reinforced polyoxymethylene POM
Application range: (the following limit values cannot appear at the same time)
Pressure: ≤25MPa
Speed: ≤0.5m/s
Temperature: -30℃~+100℃
