Insertion sensor refers to an installation method that uses a special hole-opening tool to open a hole on the measured pipeline without stopping production, so that the sensor the measured medium are in direct contact to achieve flow measurement. This sensor solves the problem that the external sensor cannot receive signals when measuring pipelines with thick scale and the signal measurement attenuation for a long time. It has the characteristics of non-stop installation, maintenance-free, and no relation to pipe diameter. When the pipe material is carbon steel or stainless steel, it can be directly welded and installed. For pipes that cannot be directly welded, such as fiberglass, PVC, cement pipes, etc., they must be equipped with special clamps customized by the manufacturer before installation. To prevent water leakage, users should provide the accurate outer diameter or circumference of the measured pipe when ordering.
