Steam Kinetic Mill Principle and Advantages
System Principle and Composition
The steam kinetic mill is designed specifically for the operational characteristics of thermal power plants, utilizing low-to-medium-grade steam as the power source. Through a unique supersonic airflow collision technology, it accelerates, mutually collides, and shears fly ash waste residue, achieving ultrafine pulverization. After pulverization, the materials are subjected to turbine airflow classification. Qualified fine powders enter the dust collection system for collection, while coarse powders are returned to the pulverizing chamber for further pulverization. The entire ultrafine pulverization process is carried out in a fully dry environment, and the purified air is discharged through the induced fan.
The steam kinetic mill system typically consists of four main parts:
- Feeding System - Responsible for supplying the system with the fly ash waste residue to be processed.
- Main System - Includes the steam unit and mill bed, utilizing steam as the power source to pulverize the materials.
