The FS-400D high-speed laboratory disperser combines the functions of dispersion and stirring, and completes the two processes of dispersion and homogenization through machines and containers. High efficiency, good mixing effect, and easy cleaning. Manual lifting is simple and convenient.

working principle:

Adopting electronic constant force speed control line, digital display of shaft speed, equipped with dispersed impeller and grinding disc. The linear velocity and material viscosity of the mixing, dispersing, and grinding discs can be directly calculated based on the displayed speed of the rotating axis. Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersing head of the motor generates a high-speed tangential straight line. Under the tremendous centrifugal force, the material generates strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects, causing the fluid material to withstand thousands of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thereby achieving effective mixing, dispersion, and uniformity.
