Piston Seals CQ

CQ is a double acting piston seal, which is applied to medium load and heavy load hydraulic occasions. Its unique design has a star ring on the PTFE slip ring to prevent internal leakage. PTFE slip ring is a stable rectangle with two O-rings. CQ is generally used for traveling device hydraulics, cranes, standard oil cylinders and accumulators. CQ can be ordered without O-ring and star ring.
1. 70A nitrile rubber - 35 ℃~110 ℃ (standard material)
2. 75A fluororubber - 25 ℃~200 ℃
Working conditions
Pressure: ≤ 50Mpa
Speed: ≤ 3m/s
Temperature: - 130 ℃~+260 ℃
Material: PTFE 052 filled with 40% copper powder
Medium: general petroleum base hydraulic oil, water glycol liquid
Pressure oil, oil water emulsion hydraulic oil.
Replacement materials: We can supply fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, etc. for different applications requiring different replacement materials.
The pressure range refers to the high pressure that can be withstood without wearing ring, which is related to material, temperature and clearance.
