Piston Seals E4

Type E4 Piston Seals are a type of Lip Seals specifically designed for use in pneumatic equipment. Easy to install, good sealing performance, suitable for cylinders with buffering effect. E4 type is in line with ISO3320 and CETOPRP52P, RP43P, RP53P standard bore.

Application range:

Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa

Working temperature: -30℃～+80℃ (NBR standard type)

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

Media:

Oil-lubricated air as well as dry and oil-free air (initial lubrication is required during assembly).

Ring Sealing E4 Installation: 

These pneumatic seals can be easily slipped over the piston into the groove. To avoid damaging the seal, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation. In the case of oil-free lubrication, it is important to have a complete lubricating film on the sealing surfaces, which should be done before assembly to ensure a long working life of the seal.

Material: 

Standard material is NBR based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 80 degrees. Special materials are available for various applications at high and low temperatures.
