Piston Seals ODU-NBR

Polyurethane Seals ODU type is a special piston seal suitable for the Chinese machinery and equipment market. The groove design can adopt the Chinese standard JB/ZQ4264.

Hydraulic Oil Seal ODU Applications:

Working pressure: ≤32MPa (PU)

Working temperature: -40℃～+80℃ (PU)

Working pressure: ≤32MPa (NBR)

Working temperature: -30℃～+100℃ (NBR)

Reciprocating speed: ≤0.5m/s

Media: mineral oil, air

Note: To prevent extrusion, it is recommended to install a retaining ring on the heel of the seal when the pressure is above 140bar.

Install:

Seals such as Piston Seal PU should have an axial clearance (see columns h and H in the table). Integral pistons are available. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.


Material:

KVK polyurethane material with a hardness of 90 degrees. High-performance NBR with a hardness of 88 degrees.
