Piston Seals OK

Type OK piston seals are mainly used in heavy hydraulic equipment, especially double-acting pistons. These seals are suitable for working pressures up to 800 bar and in some cases even higher.

OK type Ring Seals are small in shape and resistant to shock loads. Even after holding pressure for a long time, the friction of starting and running is very small. Because the hydraulic cylinder sealing ring is an open structure, no auxiliary tools are required for installation. Due to the special material of the hydraulic cylinder sealing ring It has strong anti-extrusion ability under high pressure and large gap, and is suitable for grooves of IS07425-1 international standard. Good wear resistance.

The installation groove of Polyurethane Seals is carefully deburred and cleaned. The inlet of the inner diameter of the cylinder should be chamfered, and the OK type seals can be installed in the closed groove.
