Piston Seals PDP

PDP type and TDP type are integral pneumatic pistons combined with a U Cup Seals and metal supports. It has three functions of sealing, guiding and buffering.

Application of Ring Seals:

It is suitable for double cylinders with cushioning at the top in the case of long strokes and bending, and cannot withstand excessive loads.

Working pressure: ≤1.2MPa

Working temperature: -30℃～+80℃ (standard material)

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

Medium: 

oil-lubricated air and dry air and oil-free air (initial lubrication is required during assembly).

Gasket Ring Installation: 

These two pneumatic integral pistons are secured to the piston rod with a lock nut to prevent loosening. For use with dry air and oil-free air, the piston and cylinder should be pre-lubricated with a suitable long-life lubricant.

Material: 

NBR-based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 70 degrees and vulcanized metal discs.
