Piston Seals PPD

Sealing Ring Type PPD is a small double-acting piston seal with better friction characteristics and unique section design than O-rings to avoid torsional damage. It is used in standard cylinders, small diameter cylinders and thin cylinders.

Oil lubricated air and dry air oil-free air (initial lubrication during assembly)

O Ring Seal Installation: 

These pneumatic seals can be easily fitted over the piston into the groove. To avoid damaging the seals, take measures to avoid sharp edges during installation. In the case of oil-free lubrication, it is important to have a complete injection film on the seal face, which should be done before assembly to ensure a long working life of the seal.

Material:The standard material is NBR based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 5 degrees.
