Piston Seals PU-PG

PG type piston seal is composed of PTFE piston seal ring and O-ring, which is used for bidirectional seal of piston of hydraulic cylinder.

Due to the use of specially modified PTFE material, it can ensure excellent low friction, wear resistance, extrusion resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The use of O-rings of different materials guarantees a wide operating temperature range.

Piston Sealing PG type is particularly suitable for controlling cylinders, servo systems, machine tools, quick response cylinders and bidirectional piston cylinders in construction machinery.

Application range:

Working pressure: ≤40MPa

Working temperature: -30℃～+180℃ (depending on O-ring material)

Reciprocating speed: ≤4m/s

Medium:

 general petroleum-based hydraulic oil, water glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water emulsified hydraulic oil.

Installation: 

These Polyurethane Seals are available with integral pistons. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.

Hydraulic Seals PG Material:

Modified PTFE+bronze, high-performance NBR or FPM with different hardness, the standard type is high-performance NBR with a hardness of 70 degrees.
