Piston Seals SPG

SPG piston seal is composed of PTFE piston seal ring and rectangular ring, which is used for two-way sealing of hydraulic cylinder piston. Due to the use of specially modified PTFE materials, it can ensure excellent low friction, wear resistance, extrusion resistance, high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The rectangular ring can provide more stable elastic force to compensate wear than the O-ring. The rectangular ring made of different materials can ensure a wide range of working temperature. SPG is a combination seal for wide range of applications, especially suitable for controlling oil cylinders, servo systems, machine tools, fast response oil cylinders and two-way piston oil cylinders in construction machinery.

Scope of application:
Working pressure: ≤ 31.5MPa
Working temperature: - 30 ℃~+160 ℃ (depending on rectangular material)
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 1.5m/s
Medium: general petroleum base hydraulic oil, water glycol liquid
Pressure oil, oil water emulsion hydraulic oil.

Installation:
This type of seal can be an integral piston. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, measures should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.

Material Science:
Modified PTFE+bronze, high-performance NBR or FPM or low-temperature NBR with different hardness, and the standard type is high-performance NBR with hardness of 80 degrees.
