Piston Seals SPGW

SPGW type two-way piston seal is composed of PTFE piston seal ring, rubber spring and two anti withdrawal retaining rings, and is used for the piston seal of hydraulic cylinder. The SPGW is a high pressure operated seal that improves the SPG's ability to scrape oil. SPGW type is applicable to forklift boom cylinder, cantilever cylinder and bucket cylinder. Bulldozer lifting cylinder, flat shovel cylinder, crane sliding cylinder, hydraulic suspension cylinder, dump truck, press, injection molding machine, etc.

Scope of application:
Working pressure: ≤ 40MPa
Working temperature: - 20 ℃～+120 ℃
Reciprocating speed: ≤ 1.5m/s
Medium: general petroleum based hydraulic oil, water glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water emulsified hydraulic oil.
Installation: integral piston can be used for such seals. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, measures should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation.

Material Science:
Modified PTFE+bronze, high performance NBR with Shore hardness of 80 and polyamide resin
