Piston Seal NBR Style Z5 double acting cylinder seals function as a combination of two u-rings with grease trapped in between.
Application of Rubber O Rings:
Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa
Working temperature: -30℃～+80℃
Surface speed: ≤1m/s
Medium: oil-lubricated air and dry air and oil-free air (initial lubrication is required during assembly).
Rotary Seals Installation:
Pneumatic seals of this type can be simply fitted over the piston and into the groove. To avoid damaging the seal, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation. In the case of oil-free lubrication, it is important to have a complete lubricating film on the sealing surfaces, which should be done before assembly to ensure a long working life of the seal.
Material: Standard material is NBR based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 80 degrees.
