Piston Seals Z8

Type Z8 Piston Sealing is a lip seal for cylinder pistons and valves. It requires small groove size, good sealing performance, and low dynamic and static friction. Easy to install and suitable for cushioning cylinders. Z8 type complies with IS03320 and CETOPRP52P, RP43P, RP53P standard bore.

Z8 NBR O Rings Application:

Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa

Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃ (NBR standard type)

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

Media: Oil-lubricated air as well as dry and oil-free air (initial lubrication is required during assembly).

Z8 Sealing Ring Installation: 

These pneumatic seals can be easily fitted over the piston into the groove. To avoid damaging the seal, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation. In the case of oil-free lubrication, it is important to have a complete lubricating film on the sealing surfaces. This should be done prior to assembly to ensure a long working life of the seal.

Material: 

Standard material is NBR based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 80 degrees. In various applications of high and low temperature, there are also special materials.
