Buffer Rings PP-NBR

The AS/PP type buffer seal is a buffer seal specially designed for the cylinder. It acts as a check valve in the entire sealing system and can automatically select a good buffer stroke, even in the case of slight eccentricity, because it can be automatically centered , so it also has an excellent buffering effect.

Working pressure: ≤1.6MPa

Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃

Reciprocating speed: ≤1m/s

Media: 

Oil-lubricated air as well as dry and oil-free air (initial lubrication is required during assembly).

Installation: 

These pneumatic seals fit easily into grooves. To avoid damaging the seal, precautions should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation. Initial lubrication ensures a long operating life for the seals.

Material: Standard material is NBR based synthetic rubber with a hardness of 90 degrees.
