FTTH Active Optical Node with WDM

The RTA178-W has an WDM Connector. The amplifier supply voltage pin Connect to +5V(DC) . The modules have a mono mode optical input Suitable for 1310&1490&1550nm wavelengths a terminal to monitor the photo diode current and an electrical Output having a characteristic impedance of 75Ω. It can be used in CATV networks and Single Family Unit.

In an FTTH Optical Node with WDM, multiple users can connect to the network from a single fiber using different wavelengths of light. This allows for higher bandwidth usage because several channels can be packed into one physical fiber, significantly increasing the overall capacity of the network.
