Product Description:

Polypropylene Sheet is a thermoplastic with an oxygen index of 17%. Polypropylene sheet is a relatively flammable polymer material. Therefore, Polypropylene sheet  has poor fire resistance and is extremely prone to fire. In order to overcome the flammability characteristics of PP and eliminate the user's fire hazard, AHD Plastic has developed a flame-retardan tpolypropylene sheet with excellent fireproof performance. The flame retardant grade has reached the V2 and V0 grades of the US UL-94 standard, and passed the SGS. Authorized testing agency certification, FR PP sheet greatly eliminates the user's fire hazard.

FR PP sheet is based on the PP pure board, adding appropriate amount of flame retardant masterbatch, and extruding by blending and heating.

Anheda introduces imported equipment and uniquely eliminates internal stress technology to produce FR PP sheet. It adopts new pp raw materials, and imports imported anti-UV grade and anti-aging agent, completely eliminating the problems of sheet deformation, air bubbles, easy breakage and fading. When PP plastic sheet is added to the flame retardant masterbatch, the flame retardant performance is greatly improved, the flammability of the material is reduced.
