1. Our solar discoloration ink has good invisible effect, high color concentration, fine particles, bright color, and very obvious color-changing effect.
2. Our solar discoloration ink is suitable for screen printing and gravure printing. Screen printing has the best effect, while gravure printing has a poorer effect due to its thin film layer. The mesh number of the screen printing should be 200-350; the gravure screen can be engraved deeper.
3. Our solar discolorationink is suitable for paper, plastic sheets, films, metal, and glass. There are UV type, solvent type and water-based type.
4. If the viscosity of our solar discoloration ink is high during printing, 783, BCS, DBE, S150 and other solvents can be added for screen printing; solvents such as ethyl ester, n-propyl ester, isopropyl alcohol, butanone can be added for gravure printing. ; Water-based printing can be thinned by adding water, alcohol, ether and other solvents; UV printing can be added with UV diluent. If you feel that the color density is high and the imprint is too obvious, you can add 10-20% diluent or ink-adjusting oil.
5. In addition to achieving color change from colorless to colored, our solar discoloration ink can also achieve color change from color to color under sunlight or ultraviolet rays (such as yellow to orange, blue to green, red to purple, etc.), further improving the performance of anti-forgery effect and expanded anti-forgery ink varieties.
