Because it is non-toxic, non-radioactive and has no risk of explosion, it can be safely used for special printing of daily consumer goods, handicrafts, watches and jewelry, toys, trademarks, etc. It is also used for architectural decoration, transportation vehicles, military facilities, and fire emergency systems, traffic signs, etc. Luminous ink is used for screen printing or gravure printing.

     1. The luminous ink for screen printing include UV-type and solvent-based inks, which are suitable for screen printing. The printing layer can be colorless or colored, but the light emitted at night or in the dark is yellow-green, blue-green, sky blue, etc. Yellow-green light is the most widely used.also known as night glowing ink.

The viscosity of our luminous ink for screen printing is moderate(Silk screen luminous ink), suitable for 100-250 mesh screen printing. self-luminating ink at night.The lower the mesh number, the thicker the ink layer, the better the luminous brightness and the longer the luminous time, but the invisible effect is slightly worse. It is best to print on a white or reflective color background, which will help to improve the brightness and lighting time at night; In addition, you can also print several times to increase the lighting time and brightness. If the viscosity is high, the solvent-based system can be diluted by adding 783, BCS, DBE and other solvents; The UV system can be diluted with UV diluent, and the general amount added is 10%-20% of the ink weight. Solvent-based systems use natural drying or heated drying. Generally, at a temperature of 60 degrees to 80 degrees, it can be completely dried in 30-60 minutes; If it is dried naturally, it will take more than 24 hours.
