【Introduction】
Anti-forgery polarized printing ink is also called polarized color-changing ink or mirror optically variable ink. It shows color under polarizing film. It is one color when viewed with the naked eye, and it become two colors when viewed with special lenses. This kind of lens is also called polarizing film, which can be carried around like a bank card. This kind of polarized ink cannot be copied by any high-definition scanner, color copier or other equipment, it cannot be imitated, and its anti-forgery reliability is extremely strong. It is mainly used for anti-forgery of currency and securities and it can also be used for anti-forgery packaging of printed labels on tobacco, alcohol, medicine, cosmetics .
1. Our anti-forgery polarized inks have a variety of colors, and the transition between each color is very obvious and easy to identify.
2. Our anti-forgery polarized inks are suitable for screen printing, gravure printing,flexographic printing and screen printing.The substrate can be paper, plastic sheet, plastic film, metal and glass . The anti-forgery polarized inks need to be printed on black bottom.
3. Our anti-forgery mirror inks have UV type, solvent type and water-based according to drying methods.
4. Our anti-forgery polarized ink can be printed directly. If the viscosity is high, UV polarized inks can be adjusted by adding appropriate ink-adjusting oil or UV diluent. When printing solvent-based polarized ink, you can add a little solvent or ink-adjusting oil. When printing water-based polarized ink, you can add a little deionized water and alcohol solvent or ink-adjusting oil.
