一． Chemical Structure and Properties

1. Chemical Structure The chemical name of evodiamine is (E)-2-[4-(methylamino)styl]-1-methylquinolin-4-one,with a molecular formula of C₁₉H₁₇N₃O and a molecular weight of 30.36. It has a complex nitrogen-containing heterocyclic structure, which endows it with many special chemical and biological activities.

2. Physical Properties appearance, evodiamine is usually a white crystalline powder. In terms of solubility, it has certain solubility in organic solvents such ethanol and chloroform, but its solubility in water is relatively low.
