Introduction:

The A1 type Wiper Ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand or metal debris from entering. With a special design, it prevents scratches, protects guiding components, and extends the service life of seals. The outer diameter with clearance can ensure tight installation into the groove, thereby preventing the intrusion of impurities and moisture.

The A1 type Wiper Seals ring tightly encloses the cylinder body without screws and brackets. Due to the absence of metal inserts, it will not cause rust like metal skeleton dust seal rings. The groove tolerance does not need to be strictly required.

If a small amount or other size of A1 dust seal ring is needed, the next larger size with the same cross-section can be cut.

Application:

The A1 type Dust Seals is used for axial movement control such as oil cylinders or gas cylinders, plungers, shaft sleeves, etc.

Operating temperature: -35°C to +100°C

Surface speed: 2m/s

Material:

Standard material is polyurethane with Shore hardness of 93 degrees.

Installation:

The A1 type dust seal ring can be easily installed into the groove by compression. Avoid contact between the dust lip and the piston rod hole or other connecting components to avoid damage. The dust lip must be exposed outside the housing for easy cleaning of the dirt.
