A ball screw is an actuator used to convert rotational motion into linear motion, or vice versa. It is known for its high transmission efficiency and precise positioning capabilities. Ball screws typically use two common circulation methods: external circulation and internal circulation. In the external circulation method, the return plate type and the return tube type are employed, whereas the internal circulation method utilizes the end cap type (e.g., MEF1210), floating type, and linear return type. The internal circulation is ideal for ballscrews with smaller diameters and lead/pitch, while the external circulation is suited for larger diameters and lead/pitch.
