Tensioning device maintenance
Check and adjust valve clearance
----Every 1000 hours
Check the starting motor and generator
----Every 1000 hours
Replace the lubricating grease of the water pump
----Every 4000 hours
Check the tightening torque of bolts and nuts
Every 250 hours (the first time after 50 hours)
Check the tightness at the initial 50 hours and then every 250 hours thereafter. If there is looseness, tighten to the indicated torque. Replace with bolts and nuts of the same or higher grade.
