We are producing a varity of alumina ceramic standoff insulators with the purity ranging from 94% (pink) to 99.5%. Alumina ceramic is an advanced ceramic material than traditional porcelain or clay so that alumina ceramic standoffs offer much higher mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation. These kinds of ceramic components are fit for more rigorous and harsh conditions.
The ceramic standoff insulators we supplied from 2.5KV to up to 110KV, in order to enhance the electrical insulation performance and mechanical force, the outer surface of ceramic insulator will be glazed so that the dust, dirt and damp would be repeled.
Round, hex, square shapes are available to us; Also, support customized types per clients' specification or samples. Standoffs are threaded fasteners, including typical thread M3, M5 and M8, that separate, space, or connect components within a system to ensure proper placement. The flat sides of the hex and square standoffs can be gripped with a wrench or pliers to hold or tighten. Panel standoffs provide a decorative or architectural mounting option for glass or display panels and are available in configurations that mount either through or around a panel.
