Magnesium Oxide (MgO) partially stabilized zirconia ceramics own more stable microstructure under high-temperature, high-moisture working conditions than zirconia with other stabilizers, such as above 220℃, even up to 1000℃, especially the toughness fracture. In addition, MgO stabilized zirconia ceramics are also characteristic by excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance and erosion resistance like yttria stabilized ones. Hence, MgO stabilized zirconia to be a promising ceramic material is widely used to make structural parts, wear parts, bushings, pump piston parts, ceramic valve seats and so on.

Due to the unmatched properties of MgO partially stabilized zirconia,  it's easy to do precisely machining process. So we could make the tolerance of thickness to be 0.002 mm, the hole size and outer diameter with tolerance 0.005mm.
