Cement silo structure:

Cement silo adopts cylindrical structure, and the bottom is supported by four circular pipe. The whole warehouse is fully welded by steel. There are a dust removal equipment and a brake device on the cement silo.

Cement silo working principle:

The cement silos must be erected by a special crane when working. Then place it on the prefabricated concrete and check the verticality between cement silo and the horizontal level. Then weld the bottom of the silo with embedded parts firmly.

After the assembly of the whole storehouse life the storehouse with a crane and put it on the platform.Let the silo face the discharge outlet of the screw conveyor and weld the silo outriggers to the embedded bolt plate in foundation. Finally, the install the dust collector and fix the gas control box to the platform connect the arch breaker to the gas control box and air pump at last.Then the cement flows to the compulsory concrete mixer.
