Most Abrasion Resistant Pipe Fittings are available in short or long radius variants. When the sizes of the two ends are different, the rare earth heat-resistant and wear-resistant steel pipe fittings are called reducing elbows or reducing elbows.
Resistant Alloy Composite Pipe is classified by various design features as follows:
Long Radius (LR) Elbow Also known as LR Elbow - means the radius is 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe
L/R 45° Elbow: A long radius 45° elbow changes direction by 45 degrees.
L/R 90° Elbow: A long radius 90° elbow changes direction by 90 degrees.
L/R 180° Elbow: Long radius 180° return elbow allows full reverse flow.
Short Radius (SR) Elbow Also known as SR Elbow, – means a radius of 1.0 times the pipe diameter
Short Radius 45° Elbow: A short Radius 45° Elbow changes direction by 45 degrees.
Short Radius 90° Elbow: The Short Radius 90° Elbow is the same as the LR90 except it measures 1 x NPS from the end of the elbow to the centerline.
Rare earth alloy wear-resistant cast pipe short radius 180° elbow: short radius 180° return bend allows full reverse flow
