ROBEX excavator tensioning cylinder seal repair kit

The working principle of the excavator's tightening oil cylinder:
1. Clean the coal slurry on the outer surface of the oil cylinder with high-pressure water.
2. Remove the locking screw on the guide sleeve of the oil cylinder.
3. Use a bridge crane to lift the push cylinder onto a dedicated cylinder dismantling machine.
4. Reliable clamping of the removed cylinder barrel using a push cylinder clamping device.
Install a special wrench for the cylinder dismantling machine, with one end connected to the guide sleeve of the dismantled cylinder and the other end connected to the head of the special column dismantling machine.
6. Reverse start the cylinder dismantling machine, loosen the guide sleeve of the dismantled cylinder, and separate the guide sleeve from the cylinder barrel.
7. Loosen the clamping device and use a bridge crane to lift the pushing oil cylinder to the cleaning area of the oil cylinder.
