Inspection method for excavator tightening cylinder failure:
1. Firstly, when disassembling the excavator oil cylinder oil seal, it was found that the excavator oil seal was black and burnt, losing elasticity, and severely carbonized.
2. It was found that there is a crack in the excavator oil seal that leaks oil from the scratch
3. Then it was found that the excavator oil seal ring was extensively damaged, and the cylinder rod was severely scratched.
Fault cause:
1. Before the oil cylinder works, the air inside the cylinder is not emptied, resulting in high temperature under the action of high pressure, leading to carbonization of the oil seal.
2. There are debris particles inside the oil cylinder, which have scratched the oil seal and cylinder rod.
3. Due to severe scratches on the cylinder rod, the oil seal is damaged.
Troubleshooting methods:
1. Replace the oil seal; Before the cylinder moves, avoid intense and extensive operations and try to exhaust the air inside the cylinder rod as much as possible.
2. Replace the oil seal with a new one to ensure the quality of the hydraulic oil and keep the hydraulic system clean.
3. Replace the scratched cylinder rod and oil seal.
