How to replace the ROI of the oil seal for the excavator rotary center joint:
(1) Firstly, unscrew the relevant fixing screws, and then use a lifting hydraulic trolley to drag the lower transmission box. Rotate it at a certain angle to lower the trolley and pull the lower transmission box to one side
(2) Cut off the return oil pipe with an oil cut-off device (to prevent a large amount of hydraulic oil from flowing out along the core when pulling out the central rotary joint) and unscrew the four fixing screws on the oil distribution plate
(3) Hang the iron hooks on both sides of the tensioner onto the two oil pipe joints that are relatively symmetrical on both sides of the core; Use a jack to support the vertical transmission shaft. While lifting the jack, you can pull out the core and replace the oil seal on it
(4) Use the top sleeve to drag the core of the central rotary joint, and then use a 1.5T jack to push the core back to its original position. The other parts can be reassembled in the opposite order during disassembly
