The following method is effective for dismantling, but it saves time and effort:
(1) The disassembly of the central rotary joint should start from the lower part, without the need to remove the assembly. Simply disassemble the core from the casing to replace the Y-shaped sealing ring. When disassembling, first remove the universal joints connecting the lower transmission box and the front and rear transmission shafts, as well as the connecting bolts of the vertical transmission shaft and the lower transmission box crossbeam bracket, and remove the fixing plate of the rotary joint. Unscrew the oil and gas pipes installed on the outer ring of the rotary joint core (without dismantling the oil and gas pipes on the adapter shell), and then remove the source only fixing bolts on the end cover.
(2) Take a sturdy thick rope (using a soft rope to avoid damaging the oil and gas pipe joints) and wrap it around the oil and gas pipe joints on the outer ring of the core. Use a crowbar about the length of an ape to a soap source to pass through the rope ring (reserved rope ring), with one end of the crowbar against the rear axle housing and the other end tilted and suspended. Then, place the jack between the tilted end of the crowbar and the frame, press the jack, and move the tilted side of the crowbar downwards, Drive the rope to pull the rotary joint core; In this way, the core is slowly pressed out.
