1. Product Characteristic

① The Gantry Machining Center is equipped with a range of cutting tools, including drills, end mills, and routers, which can be automatically changed to suit the specific machining requirements. The machine is also equipped with a large worktable that can hold heavy workpieces, allowing for multiple operations to be performed in a single setup.
② The basic parts of machine are made of high quality and high strength cast iron, with gantry type frame structure. The whole machine has good rigidity, seismic resistance and precision maintenance. Heavy-duty linear guide ways on X,Y, Six-sided contact box guide way on Z axis.

③ Taiwan high speed spindle unit speed can be 3000~6000rpm.

④ Suitable for large workpiece’s precision machining of aerospace, automotive, textile machinery, molds, packaging machinery, mining equipment etc. It can automatically complete multi-process complex processing of milling, drilling, boring, tapping etc.

⑤ It can match with CNC Vertical Machining Center or CNC Machine Tools to realize more NC machining functions for special parts.
