Product Characteristics
① The CNC system of Vertical Maching Centers allows for the programming of complex machining operations, including 3D contouring, drilling, tapping, and milling. The machine can also be programmed to perform automated tool changes and workpiece positioning, reducing the need for manual intervention and increasing productivity.
② The X/Y axis adopts Taiwan HIWIN ball type linear guideway and Z-axis adopts box way to ensure the precision and rigidity of the Vertical Machining Centers.
③ It is mainly suitable for efficient and powerful cutting of forged steel parts in the railway industry.
The CNC Machine Tools use Taiwan high speed and high precision 10000rpm spindle.
④It can be linked with Robot Arm Manipulator, Gantry Loader Pneumatic Claw and Stock Bin Silo to realize the function of automatic production.
