Paper roll is delivered to different handling station lying down on conveyor. Conveying is straight and steady. Speed can be adjustable.
Paper roll conveyor is designed with V-shape on top surface.
V-slat chain conveyor, conveyor width: 250mm; 400mm;600mm available; driving speed: max. 0-24m/min adjustable.
Slat width: B = 55 mm; Thickness: S = 10mm, material: 16 Mn steel (SUS available), Paint painted on the surface.
Designed with high driving speed to meet the production requirement.
The conveyor slat is made in V-Shaped, Angle: 170°. The conveyor slat is designed in common shaft structure.
Chain rollers installed with bearing inside, No oil and No contamination on paper rolls.
Heavy duty steel structures, modular design, equipped with vertical shaft driving gear reducer.
Tensioner adjusting device & lubrication can be operated on floor level, easy for maintenance.
Equipped with automatic control components and mounting bracket.
Slat conveyor installed in floor level, convenient for the production operation.
Equipped with cover plates at the head and end of transmission units easy to dismantle.
