The mixing host of 180 Concrete batching plant adopts double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which has strong mixing capacity, good homogeneity, high production efficiency and reliable performance.

It can achieve good mixing effect for dry, hard, plastic and all kinds of concrete proportion. The upper cover of the mixer is equipped with spraying pipe, maintenance door, observation door and feeding device.

The feeding device includes cement, fly ash, aggregate feeding port and water feeding device. In order to increase the impact of water on the main shaft, a pipeline pump is installed on the upper cover of the mixer to ensure that the main shaft does not stick to the material.
