Rod Seal USH

Type USH can be used for piston and rod seals. These seals have a smaller cross-section and fit into an integral groove. The Nitrile and Viton materials used guarantee a wide operating temperature range, in fact it is a smaller cross-section UPH type.

Ring Seals USH Application:

Working pressure: ≤21Mpa

Operating temperature:

Standard type (NBR) -30℃～+100℃

Heat-resistant type (FPM) -10℃～+150℃

Reciprocating speed: ≤0.5m/s

Medium: (NBR) general petroleum-based hydraulic oil, water glycol hydraulic oil, oil-water emulsified hydraulic oil (FPM) general-purpose petroleum-based hydraulic oil, phosphate ester hydraulic oil.

Note: To prevent extrusion, it is recommended to install a retaining ring on the heel of the seal when the pressure is above 14Mpa.

Install:

Such Piston Sealing and Rod Seals shall have axial clearance) see columns h and H in the table). To avoid damage to the sealing lip, precautions should be taken during installation to avoid sharp edges.

Material:

The standard material is nitrile rubber, Shore Hardness (SHA) 90°.
