Anti-Forgery Fluorescent Printing Ink

【Introduction】 

      Anti-Forgery fluorescent printing ink is also called ultra-violet fluorescent ink or ultra-violet invisible ink. The film layer by the ink printed is nearly colorless and transparent, and it has an invisible anti-forgery effect. This pattern is difficult to see with the naked eye and can only be seen under the influence of ultraviolet light. It is mainly suitable for anti-forgery packaging of all kinds of materials，such as high-end cigarettes, wine, medicines, food and beverages, cosmetics, daily necessities. It can also be used for anti-forgery packaging of clothing, umbrellas, bills, stickers, glasses, silk fabrics, children's stickers.

      1. Our anti-forgery fluorescent inks have good invisible effects, high color concentration, fine particles, bright colors, obvious color-developing effects, and good printing transfering performance.

      2. Our anti-forgery fluorescent ink is suitable for screen printing, pad printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, and offset printing. When printing, try to use new ink rollers and new printing plates or special ink rollers and printing plates. If you use old ink rollers and old printing plates,Please clean it thoroughly to ensure good invisible anti-forgery effect.

      3. Our anti-forgery fluorescent inks are suitable for paper, plastic sheets, plastic films, metal, glass, etc., and have UV types,solvent tyoes and water-based types.

      4.  If the viscosity of our anti-forgery fluorescent ink is high, 783,BCS, DBE, S150 and other solvents can be added for silk screen printing; ethyl ester, n-propyl ester, isopropyl alcohol, butanone can be added for gravure printing; We can add water, alcohol and other solvents to dilute the inks for water-based flexographic printing; We can add appropriate high-boiling point kerosene or ink-adjusting oil to dilute it for offset printing.If you feel that the color density is high and the imprint is too obvious, you can add 10-20% diluent or ink-adjusting oil.

      5. We can use 250-420 mesh for screen printing, because high mesh number can get good invisible effect; Offset printing, gravure printing and flexo printing are the same as ordinary inks.

      6.In addition to achieving color-changing from colorless to colored, our anti-forgery fluorescent ink can also achieve color to color transformation under ultraviolet light, further improving the anti-forgery effect and expanding the variety of anti-forgery inks for customers.
      7.Our anti-forgery fluorescent ink can also be combined with solar color-changing ink, temperature-changing ink and infrared excitation ink to achieve multiple anti-forgery effects.
