Extra High Wear Resistant Ceramic Friction Disc

Jinghui Ceramic specializes in the production of textile ceramics. We have long-term supply of 95%/99% alumina ceramic friction discs. They have high density, high hardness, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and other properties. The products are pore-free and have good consistency.

Ceramic friction discs are mainly used in texturing machines used to produce polyester filaments. Their function is to rub and twist the polyester filaments to make them bend and deform to increase their elasticity.
